I don't think such a title exists. It's different for movies because you can have comedy originating from stupidity. A bad game is inherently bad. The only defense otherwise might be people trying to claim justification from buying a poor game and refusing to admit it, or the hardest of core fans of a series.
The only title which could fall into that catergory is World Championship Rugby for PS2, but two things are the issue here. It cost £0.05, and it wasn't the game but the people playing it who made it enjoyable. So, we basically paid 5 pence to laugh at how awful it was and enjoy each other's company in the process. Does that make the game any less "bad"? Well, that's up to how you define it. We had fun sure but that doesn't change the fact that the game itself wasn't "so bad it's good".
