Had to provide this link on a Devils Third preview, its a nice little read that gives a more positive insight to the game. I was always going to get the game, and this article has backed it up for me. The writer also mentions that this may not be the final build and future patches could eradicate some glitches and clean up the framerate a bit, maybe Nintendo may fix it up a bit who knows.
