If you analyse things objectively with a bit of recoil you see PS4 will get many more exclusives than PS3, mainly because japanese are more into PS4 ( Nier, star Océan 5, Dragon Quest Heroes , DQ XI , SF V, FF VII remake, Digimon games, etc, and sony studio are much more into PS4 than they were into PS3 ( mainly because PSP support, now they focus only on their home console , so well get amazing games like Gravity Rush 2, Bloodborne, Horizon, Uncharted 4, ratchet and clank, ... )
There are many more localisations this génération so it will be better on japanese side, and there will be many more support from first party studios ( like japan studio , they were doing almost nothing during all PS3 era like they confessed)
So PS4 has everything to get a much greater line up
