Not sure why people are suggesting Sakurai. My personal favorite developer, but I have no idea how he would function as an executive.
I'd go with Miyamoto. He's done so much for the history of Nintendo. I think one of the problems with the Wii U was that the software and hardware visions didn't mesh together, and I think Miyamoto could help bridge that gap.
