Is there anything else Nintendo could do to boost 3DS sales in Japan?

huge trade in bonus for ds... trade in your DS, get 50m Yen(or what ever 50$ are in yen today).

there is still room if they go for those who arent realy interrested in upgrading, but that will be hard.
