My favorite thing about Mr. Iwata was his commitment to the people at Nintendo. They could have let a lot of people go, but instead they continued to walk their own path, protect their employees and make efforts at innovation that other companies rarely risk and to take responsibility for both the successes and misfires. He had a great presence and charisma and the way Nintendo presents itself with humor and class is directly attributed to him. Great job Mr. Iwata. RIP.
