The other person who is co-director right now with Miyamoto(Spelling) seems to be a decent fit. He is the director of R&D and had game producing experience, he was the producer of both Star Tropic games which are great games. Plus he was hardware development experience he was on the team that created the Wii. His philosophy is in line with the not just going for power route though, but he seems to be more on the business side of things. I doubt they will get some one from the out side.
The only other two I can think of are the two presidents of NoE and NoA, though Reggie would be a long shot. They did bring him in because of his experience of turning companies around and making them popular. (So he would be more of a figure head president more than anything else.
