Man, I love Nintendo. But Nintendo justs wants to limit themselves. They can't just choose to not compete with Xbox and PS in an industry that requires competitiveness for success. If they created a console with everything essential for a generation, they could have a chance to do something special with their IPs, go above and beyond. But if Nintendo stays on their current path, I wouldn't mind seeing their games on my PlayStation 6.

What exactly they could do with their IPs?

Sorry if I fail to see how games like Xenoblade got limited by their hardware.

Xenoblade was built around the hardware. Don't tell me that they wouldn't have included much more into the game if the Wii U had the power of a PS4.

Also, look at Zelda U. Because of the power of the Wii U, Zelda will be open-world. It came to the point where they could make a bigger game and not have to sacrifice or tone down other aspects due to limitations. It's crazy, considering Zelda had always been more linear in design compared to many other games.
