The only thing that could make me think of buying a PS4 is Sony not blocking the online multiplayer behind a paywall. As it is, I would buy a PS3 before a PS4.

That's never going to happen. Maintaining online services costs money, and I'm surprised Sony made it through the entirety of last gen without having to do more than introduce the optional PS+. I have Rocket League courtesy of PS+ though, so I'll never be complaining about it. If it's a service you'll have to go online anyways, the free games certainly haven't hurt one bit.

I know. But If I have to pay to access a part of a game I paid already, I'm not going to get that console, specially because I don't have that much time to play videogames as it is.

Think of it this way. Multiplayer paywalls like PS+ are the reason why Sony didn't take the same route MS was going, and try to basically kill off the used games market as well as the ability to share them. You have a lot of people nowadays that buy games used, or download digital games off someone else who purchased them. It's completely unfair for those individuals to continue to expect luxuries like free online and constant updates, if they can't even throw out a bone once in a while. This is a business, not a charity. $50 a year isn't much so that we can continue to enjoy our games online.
