 Where are you getting 60% and 40%?

 The article says 360 GTA4 outsold PS3 version 2 to 1, so that's 66% to 33%. Personally, I was expecting 60-40, solely because Microsoft has more Xbox 360 in the U.S. market, nearly double that of the PS3. 

 Btw, if this turns out to be true, then Pachter will have been right.
