3DS is far too weak, even the Vita version had to have some sacrifices in terms of the the size of the visible world.
Wii U isn't relevant enough and before people compare it to the Vita, Vita is a handheld. Its the only place you play the full minecraft experience on the go and its already broke the 1m mark excluding NA/EU digital sales due to that reason. I'm sure it'd do well on Wii U, but I don't think its on their priority
I see it being on the NX especially if the console/handheld thing is true.
