Ok I am just going to say it: as someone who has actually taken LSD, comparing it to meth is fucking absurd. Not only is it less toxic than vitamin C (the amounts need to inflict any physical damage are absurdly high) but scientist now say micro dosing is better than coffee. It has been proven to be useful in psycho therapy (including helping with alcoholism). It was even endorsed by the Actor Cary Grant (hardly a burn out hippie). The only real dangers connected to it come from the fact that it isn't regulated. There are a dozen drugs that get sold on the street that pretend to be acid but are actually toxic research chemicals or are cheap knock offs cut with cyanide. Also safely taking LSD is all about dosage size, when people lose their shit it was either bad or they taken a stupid high amount. End rant.
