I don't think this is really news. As Nintendo, you don't want somebody writing crappy programs and then selling them for $1. Because alot of people will get fooled into buying them and not take the other commercial games seriously and that is all you'll see on the download page. Bottom line is I'm sure Nintendo has a range. Probably $10-20 for "full featured" downloadable titles such as Crystal Chronicles and $4-10 for less featured games. Nintendo wants their system to be used. There is no reason for them to tell somebody they can't sell their game for $10. What they don't want is crap that they have to compete with at $1 or something rediculous like an $80 game.
