For me it does because I returned it after just an hour of renting! My god it was so bad at the time. I know there's worse games out there but I needed it to have some recognition here ;)

I might actually agree with you if I went back and played it now, but back then I didn't know any better. :) I'm trying to think if there are any other RPGs I've played that I'd call worse, but none come to mind. I'd probably even take it over complete grindfests with random battles and uncreative dungeon maps like Phantasy Star 2 (I once spend two hours a day for three straight weeks just grinding for the final boss in that game!). I'd definitely slog through it over a ton of other games though.
