Without trying to start a console war, he might have a point. It has the fewest games & virtually no third party, the most feature-limited online service (in ways such as social and entertainment apps) and the controller's selling point is way underutilised.

 Its exclusives are great of course, but I'm not surprised it's taken this long to hit 10 million.
