Even though what that guy did was very wrong, as a CEO, Smeadley's comments are very unprofessional. And threatning a minor and his parents makes him look quite bad. 

Iirc, John Smedley was the guy they did the bomb threats on. It may be unproffesional, but to me it's wholly understandable.
