Most Japanese may just say "that's good enough". The GBA couldn't really produce expansive, 3D graphics, as such it was limited in the genres it could bring out. But today a portable device can be quite powerful and produce 2D or fairly decent 3D graphics too. |
The NX will not be able to pull of Wii U like graphics. The 3DS can't pull off Wii graphics, and the jump from GameCube to Wii was smaller than the jump from Wii to Wii U.
Unless you expect the NX to launch at like 350$, graphics like that just won't happen. (All this is presuming the NX is a handheld)
