Um, either you or Ubisoft is wrong and I'm gonna have to go with Ubisoft with regards to their own game.

Oh wow. Yeah almost nothing in that trailer is from the game. The user interface is not even the one the game used. And the game has never prompted me to swing the controller. Yeah that is all pre-release footage and is not representitive of the final game.
