since it is an IBM architecture like what mentioned above. even though it is the same as 360, it became hard to port due to weak hardware as also stated. and nintendo couldn't collaborate to bring any AA/AAA games to Wii U to help their hardware sales.

On why Nintendo couldn't help 3rd party and themselves to come up with a ton of AA/AAA games, this is due to the size of their employees for development. hence the dev cycle is longer than expected as it is their 1st time to develop HD games. they have collaboration with 3rd party like Atlus, TK, etc. but i think it is not primarily targeted to the western audience. which we hope Nintendo should do on their next HC.
