Microsoft dropping the name 'Xbox' from more things (Xbox Music, Xbox Video)

I think MS will eventually morph the Xbox into a Windows gaming machine. The future of Xbox is MS's own steam like service and machine and they have they are heading in the right direction to make it happen. I just wonder what this will mean for Valve and Steam.
