My niece and nephew didn't actually rate the games, but they said Twilight Princess is their favorite, followed by Skyward Sword and then, the DS games. I think it largely depends on which games you grew up with. A Link to the Past is still my favorite and A Link Between Worlds is my new favorite, simply because of the nostalgia. And I absolutely love the other games.
My partner's kids have never played a Zelda game in their life. They love Minecraft and Candy Crush, though. It's all about mobile gaming for them. Ugh, gross.
It'll be awhile before I figure out how to do one of these. :P
