Agreed, this movie was absolutely horrible and ruined the franchise. I'm glad it bombed hard in theatre so that hopefully they'll just stop making them.
If anybody thought any of the previous Terminator movies were bad, well this was worst.
My friend who is a huge die-hard Terminator fan did not want to believe me when I told him about how poor the reviews were before the release. But then after we watched it he was completely stunned and upset about it, so much so that he couldn't sleep for days, literally. That's how big of a fan he is (was?).
I feel bad for the fans since the original, as this franchise has been on-going for 30yrs and rather than trying to bring the franchise closer to an end, they tried to "reboot" only to completely mess up the story/timeline and make things worst.
