I'm sorry, I've really tried figuring out what you're trying to say here, but I have no idea what you mean.

It was a sarcastic joke, alluding to when Sony had nothing for Japan at TGS and hid behind Square Enix exclusivity of Final Fantasy 13 franchise while everyone anticipated Versus last gen. Thats essentially TGS to me...Sony hiding behind third party over there.
