Hmm. It seems like there were some culture differences between management and that dev team. That didn't help with disagreements/debates on the direction of the game. I bet they were arguing over not using the wii controller/motion control and keeping it. I'm sure they disagreed on game mechanics and art style. I think the "racist" rhetoric in this is just the basic name calling that some exes do after a nasty break up. Just not so pleasant parting words that aren't exactly true.
