PS4 had no big release in Japan yet... they receive western games releases.
PS4 will be up YoY soon even last year having a monster launch week (309k) because it is tracking way ahead what it did last year in a weekly basis comparision.
It is selling ~13-14k per week right now... last year it was 7-8k.
