You're not alone with what you're going through and you don't have to deal with it quietly on your own.
Go and seek out help. Depression is a serious illness, that can have various diffrent reasons. Sometimes it's something physical, a chemical imbalance in your brain, sometimes it's something mental, some sort of trauma you haven't overcome. It might seem trivial at first even to you, but it keeps on hurting you.
Try and get help. Try and get an official diagnosis if you haven't done so already and put a name to your condition.
Then work on fixing it.
Whatever it is you can get there. Just go at your own pace and remember that you are in control of your own life. Sometimes that means hard decisions.
