Just be careful using Teraflops to measure resolution. It's actually a measure of GPU compute power.

Look at ROPs and memory bandwidth.

4K is 4x bigger than 1080p,

PS4 has 16 ROPS, which is already more than enough for 1080p60 (X1 has 8) 32 ROPS should be sufficient.

500GB/s memory bandwidth required, achievable by HBM easily in a couple of years.

16GB will be fine for RAM size, provided the OS reserve stays at 3GB. So you go from 5GB usable to 12GB usable.

I think the only tricky thing is the CPU, and that depends on AMD's next gen Desktop core. If it's not big and power hungry I'm sure a ~3GHz 8 core would be a good fit, giving around 3x performance of current CPU's.

Compute power of PS5 will be of a high end PC atm, and a high end PC can handle 4k at 30fps. We also have to remember there's no need for AA at such high resolutions which uses up a lot of computing power.
