True about First, but for second does not necessarily mean is wrong,I think NX could be very affordable console, something similar like Wii was when was launched. Bigger issue in statement is launch around July.

Tbh we can only wait until it's release to know my second statement is true or false. At 2004 - 2005 nobody think Wii will become a phenomenon. Also at 2010 - 2011 we don't know Wii U will become a disaster :p
