Do you think GC VC will still happen on WiiU?

It's things like this which I think Nintendo is way messed up on. Why would they not support GameCube games? I mean, unless they are going to make a lot of remasters (which they haven't), it could only benefit them. They could boast three-generations of full-backwards compatibility.
