It's impossible to have better than PS4 performance in a handheld, heat limitations rule that out for another 5+ years. 

Agreed, that's why I specified the home console. The Portable will probably be more like WiiU level at best depending on when they release it. But I'm pretty sure the whole point of the NX is to provide a highly scaleable framework so that they can still run the same games.
