Hello and welcome to the second Pokemon Starter elimination game. This game includes all the Pokemon starters from the main series games along with a few from the Pokemon Mystery dungeon series and will be heavily influenced by Pokemon games.
Basic Information
1) Just like in Pokemon games, these Pokemon can grow in level and evolve. A Pokemon can gain a level by being the one + voted when a pokemon is Knocked out. They can also level up through the use of Rare candies.
3) Players can vote once every 3 hours.
2) Pokemon Evolution Influences the amount of points a Pokemon gains when he is + voted.
A Base form Pokemon will gain 6 Points when + voted.
A Middle form Pokemon will gain 7 Points when + Voted. Pikachu Counts as a middle form Pokemon.
A Fully Evolved Pokemon will gain 8 Points when + Voted
All Pokemon will lose 10 points when - voted.
Evolution causes a 30 Point increase for the Pokemon
Every level gained increase a Pokemon's points by 2.
Status Information
Burn: Burn is a status that cannot be inflicted on fire type Pokemon. When the burn status is inflicted upon a Pokemon the amount of Points their + Votes are given is Halved. On Top of this, every vote this Pokemon is involved in will do an additional 3 points regardless of whether it is a positive or negative vote.
Poison: Poison is a status that cannot be inflicted on Steel or Poison type Pokemon. When the Poison status is inflicted Upon a Pokemon every vote this Pokemon is involved in will do an additional 3 points of damage regardless of whether it is a positive or negative vote.
Badly Poisoned: Badly Poisned is a Status that cannot be inflicted on Steel or Poison type Pokemon. When this status is inflicted on a Pokemon, every vote the Pokemon will take additional damage whether it is a positive or negative vote and every vote increases the amount of damage done by the poison by 1. Badly Poison however will start off from 3 damage. It Takes 2 antidotes/pecha berries to cure. Using 1 will reduce it to poison.
Paralyzed: When this status is inflicted on a Pokemon, and the victim is + voted there is a 30% chance that it will not be able to gain any points that vote.
Sleep: When this status is inflicted on a Pokemon, they will be unable to gain points until 5 votes involving them have been casted. These can be either positive or negative.
Frozen: Being Frozen is a status that cannot be inflicted on the Ice type Pokemon. When a Pokemon is frozen it will be unable to gain points. There is a 30% chance that the Pokemon will defrost.
Confused: When a Pokemon is confused it has a 30% chance to do 4 damage to itself when + voted. When this happens the Pokemon that is - voted takes no damage. It was a 20% chance to wear off every vote involving the Pokemon.
Defence: Defence determines how much additional damage will be taken or how much damage will be prevented when taking a - Vote. Each level increases/decreases the amount of damage taken by 1. The Lowest amount of defence a Pokemon can have is -6 while the most defence a Pokemon can have is + 6.
Weather Information
Rain: Rain Increases the amount of damage water type Pokemon do to the - voted Pokemon by 1. It also increases the amount of Points Water type Pokemon gain when + Voted by 2. Fire Type Pokemon + Votes do 1 less point.
Sunny: Sunny increases the amount of damage fire type Pokemon do to the - voted Pokemon by 1. It also increases the amount of Points fire type Pokemon gain when + voted by 2. Water type Pokemon + votes do 1 less point.
Sandstorm: Sandstorm Decreases the amount of damage Rock type Pokemon take from - votes by 2. Every 5 votes it inflicts 2 points of damage to all Pokemon that are not Rock, Ground or Steel types.
Hail: Hail decreases the amount of damage Ice type Pokemon take from - votes by 2. Every 5 votes it inflicts 2 points of damage to all Pokemon that are not Ice type.
Item Information
1) Each Pokemon can only hold 1 item at a time however it can use single use items even if it is already holding an item.
2) A User/Player can hold as many items as they want.
3) Only 1 Item may be used per vote. (Multiple rare candies however can be used at once if they being used on the same Pokemon)
4) Any user can make a Pokemon use a held item so be very careful when giving a Pokemon an item to hold.

Money System
Every single vote a Player cast will increase their funds by $25 and every 5th vote the Player will gain an additional $75 on top of the $25 for the vote.
Bonus:
Those who Vote Within the first 50 Votes will be given 5 rare candies along with an additional 250$
