I think its relevant of the time; the 3DS version of Ocarina may have improved a few things, but its not so hard to tweak a masterpiece. like taking a black and white photo and making it color- the skill was probably the person who took the photo in the first place and found that perfect balance- simply applying technology later on can be a bit meh
Ocarina of Time probably got that 10 because it was basically the first type of its game during that time in terms of open adventure world in 3D (at least the first successful one)
