I agree with legalizing 1 through 3 but not 4 or 5. I believe that on a global scale that society is headed to the 4 winds like it always has. Different regions/countries evolve as a culture in different ways and at different rates.
I think that the majority of first world countries are headed in the wrong direction economically and because of that, morally we'll be alot worse off. We're printing money that doesn't really exist. It's being spent like it grows on trees. Eventually, the money from certain countries will mean nothing and those countries will collapse in on themselves. The majority of social programs and various government policies would not exist as they are today if we had to actually back up our money.
Once countries start to collapse, all those civil rights and liberties will suddenly vanish.
