A way to make third party games sucsessful on wii u?

What you're saying is so false, I don't even know where to begin. Nintendo PROMISED third party support to get ramped up showing names of third party devs and nothing came after E3 that even resembled  that promise.

2 batman games 

2 cods

2 assassins creed games

mass effect

need for speed

Fifa, Madden, NBA

Darksiders

Tekken

And even more, mostly launch titles. That was a very good third party support, ps4 and xbox one didnt launched with more titles. They just didnt port more games scince all these games sold ~0,1-0,3m.
