You cant travel back in time so your idea wont work.
Btw. the wii u got alot 3rd party titles at launch (and alot more announcement of games which never got released). It still failed.
The Wii U was from oct. 2012-nov.2013 the most powerfull consoel on the market. But even in this time (jan. 2013-oct.2013) the ps3 sold alot better.
