Devil's Third - What's going on?

When asked about the status of Devil’s Third last week, Scibetta only noted: “I don’t have anything for you on Devil’s Third. Sorry.”

Huh? If it is just releasing later, why not say so? Seems strange. Almost seems like something's up, like, maybe it got straight cancelled in NA. Weird.
