Everyone expected Microsoft to have a price cut before Grand Theft Auto in North America. So you have this feeling that perhaps consumers are holding back on making the purchase. Not wanting to buy the console and then a week later the console has a fifty dollar price cut. Basically it is very logical given that Microsoft is cutting the price of the console everywhere else.
