As I said before in this forum, given the fact that Nintendo fans miss on a lot of third party games it feels like Nintendo must deliver with their every release to try an compensate, so the outcry is a little understandable. Maybe next Metroid is a NX release and that is why they won't show anything for now, who knows? Possibly Nintendo is already abandoning the WiiU ship for a shiny new NX one. But no way to know for sure until next e3/new WiiU games announcements in the coming months. |
That is exactly what they should have done. Did anyone hear any outcry over Fallout Shelter? No, because bethesta said: 'Look, Fallout 4 is on it's way, it's going to be awesome, until then, have fun with this little thing.'
If Nintendo had just so much as teased a new proper console Metroid and then gone on to say: 'Until that arrives, have fun with this, for your Metroid fix!' I think reception would have been much, much better for Blast Ball/Federation Force.
