I recently had a similar thought. Not the main character, but to include an hijab-wearing character in one of my games.

Kind of yes, but kind of no. You would be taken to an actual fighting stage and the fights would be 1v1. Aside from that, from a gameplay perspective, that's the closest thing to what I'm talking about.

I've seen a game like what you're describing, but I'm having difficulty finding it right now. It was made by a single person, so its really low budget, and the art looks like that of a hobbyist, not a professional, but the gameplay is what you described. If I ever find it again, I'll PM you, and probably post it on the dead version of this thread.

I'm an lonely wolf man, can never trust anyone to do anything but myself, at least in the way I like it. Plus, I have an interest in everything I've already mentioned, mght as well get to know the basics at the very least. I'm totally getting a six pack tho.

I am into all of these, and seeing how they're all time consuming and fairly difficult, you can't do all properly. You'd have to pick those to specialize in. For me right now, that's programming and getting those abs.
