What's bullshit about it? M$ didn't want to do 3, so they didn't. It's a no or a yes. Not a feed the charity campaign. 

So you're giving MS credit for not making the third game, but are trying to crucify Sony for making it happen, even if they are using Kickstarter in part? Also in a charity you give without getting anything back, in this case people get the game they've been asking for for 14 years.
