Meh, minor details worthy only of a nitpicker. The milestone is 1 million, no one cares about the following 100K unless they are particularly insecure about this sort of thing. As to your question. When celebrating the achievement of 1 million in sales it is useful to put it in context. 1 million in sales is so commonplace nowadays that with certain games 1 million is a flop unless it's a first stepping stone to 4 million or more. So I was curious to see the performance of Splatoon vs other games in the broad shooter category when they started out in life. And I thought it was interesting to see that there are just a few shooters over the last 2 generations that began with this level of achievement. This therefore makes Splatoon not just a good sales success "for [damning with faint praise] a Wii U game", it actually makes Splatoon an unconditional sales success. |
Yes,my suggestion was a good-nature banter!:P
Oh thanks for the clarification,I hope that you didn't feel that my question was suspect and malicious,If not then I apologize! :P
Unconditional sale success...WOW What can I say?I agree!Where do you see it standing by the end of the year?
