Nitpicking? It clearly shows he is poor understanding on the business structure and his anger is unfounded. You, by dismissing it as nitpicking, are trying to spin it to suit your argument

Their marketing may be bad in America for Wii U, but let's not pretend that the business dealing in NA has been a trainwreck, because it isn't. 

Calling for someones resignation strongly on the reason that reggie took jabs at the competition is beyond ridiculous.
