Yes but i remember people predicting back when the current consoles were announced that we could start to see more bad PC ports once games became more PS4/XOne optimized, mainly because of the unified memory and architecture. Mostly because that allows engines to make much more draw calls than with a PC setup with a seperate videocard. That would explain that even with an extremely powerfull system it's still bottlenecked.
