Oh he did a fantastic job 2006-2010, I agree. But that was a long time ago, how much longer do we give him the benefit of the doubt?


I think that the NX generation is make or break for Iwata.  If it fails to improve upon the current generation there will need to be new leadership.  Unless of coarse mobile games and quality of life become big money makers. Looks at Apple for example. Apple used to be a home computer company and while their home computers are doing well it is a secondary market to their smartphone market which is where they are making large sums of money.
