Americans are still very prudish about sex and probably will be for a long while.
Honestly, if you want those type of games that are made by people who are experienced in creating them, learn japanese and buy 'em from the japanese. For example, they have pokemon style games where all you try to do is get with or seduce all the women that you can. You're rewared with sex scenes. haha
