The lady says, "It is just the way you are born. I have no powers to get you to the next world. I am both man and woman and I transverse between two worlds." Well damn... Is our hero screwed? Hell no... Fortunately through pimping he has been able to make enough money to acquire this amiibo, from a scapler, that is needed to get to the next world.
