It's Q4. You can also read Q5 that deals with the upcoming membership service.

In previous Q&A sessions Iwata talked about how they have merged their R&D for home consoles and handhelds, because the drastic technological differences between home consoles and handhelds don't exist anymore. The plan is to have the same operating system and development environment for future Nintendo hardware. Additionally, Q4 in the above link hints at many games being shared between home console and handheld, so the problem of software droughts shouldn't be as severe in the future and maybe go away (almost) entirely.

Yeah but in the end of the day they are the same games, nintendo doesnt get more games out of thiws. Its the same situation like with the vita, ps3 and ps4 ports from japan. And we all know that handhelds are slowsly dying. Not to mention they would have to use flash cards as a medium which would scare away many other third parties.
