That's not the case. Pokemon is the biggest franchise in Japan, but its sales area heavily frontloaded. Like, it sells almost 50% of it's LT sales in just 1 week. I was talking about games that start not so stellar but maintain amazing weekly sales so in the the their FW sales are just a small part of their LT sales. 

It sounds confusing, but I think you'll understand. :P
