Yeah, cuz Microsoft don't own Titanfall. Most times games are funded by console makers it is only to secure some kind of exclusivity, doesn't give them any ownership at all though. So unless you can actually present some solid evidence...

games are actually never funded by console maker unless first party or second party

they sign exclusivity deals or marketing rights or bundle deals,nothing else

but if somebody goes in and funds a game then the console maker tries to own outright exclusive rights but depends upon the agreement.
