wut? In November they had almost, nearly, getting close to, will soon have shipped 10M. No way they passed 10M in October. And even then, in November, it's more likely than not that they way overshipped in order to get close to that 10M figure, in order to have some positive press at the time. As others have said, the freaking Assassin's Creed bundle is still readily available.
